We would like to note that this product has a Caffeine derivative included in the formula. The manufacturer says that Gotu Kola supports normal vein function. Though, it is also a source of Caffeine, and may cause some people to experience nausea, jitters and even insomnia.

We find the stand-out ingredient in this formula would have to be Diosmin. This ingredient is thought to attack the root cause of varicose and spider veins. According to current research, spider and varicose veins occur because the vein walls and valves are lacking an important, needed substance, and will become weak. A weak vein will function improperly, and blood will start to flow backwards. This will then cause varicose and spider veins.
The substance that is needed in the veins is known as neuromediators, which are released by several nerve endings. It is imperative that the body has ample amounts of neuromediators, since this substance will prevent the vein from becoming too relaxed or weak, and ensure that it functions properly.
This is where Diosmin comes in. This ingredient is said to keep the neuromediators found in the blood active and working for a longer amount of time. Though, many people may prefer to use this ingredient in the patented version, Diosmin 95®, to ensure quality. Diosmin 95® is not contained within this product, but has been clinically proven to diminish both varicose and spider veins.

We are a little disappointed that the manufacturer does not take the time to post testimonials or before and after photos to demonstrate and prove the potential effectiveness of this product. When a company fails to share their success stories, we have to suspect that they have yet to receive positive testimonials to display online.
