Summary |
There are many options available to individuals who suffer from varicose and spider veins. Some homeopathic, medically approved methods include elevating legs and wearing a special type of support nylons. There are also dietary supplements on the market that contain patented ingredients that have been proven to reduce varicose and spider veins. In addition, individuals also have the option of a number of clinics that claim to offer services which will support people who wish to address the issue of varicose veins. Cooper Vein Center is one such clinic.
For the purposes of this review, we will focus on Cooper Vein Center, and if this business may be a viable option for those looking for ways to address this specific vein issue.

 | Cooper Vein Center at a Glance |
|
Cooper Vein Center is located within Cooper University Hospital. People who visit this facility are said to receive “expert treatment and diagnosis” from board-certified surgeons. When it comes to varicose and spider veins, the clinic offers a variety of services. In fact, there are four different methods to choose from. Though, it appears that the doctor treating the individual will determine which process is needed.
We wish to note that the Cooper Vein Center has locations within New Jersey, Philadelphia and Delaware. Unfortunately, these locations are not accessible to all, and may rule out this vein center as an option for many people.

As mentioned, this center has four different methods when it comes to addressing varicose veins. These methods include: Sclethorapy, which is the injection of sclerosing solution meant to collapse the vein; Vein Stripping, which is incision and removal of the vein, and done in the hospital; Laser Surgery, which is said to be just minimally evasive; and Transilluminated powered phlebectomy, which is a new procedure that uses technology that lights up the skin under the vein to make a more precise extraction.
Of course, these procedures may be quite expensive, and not all of the procedures are covered by insurance. Typically, insurance companies will only cover procedures they find to be “medically necessary”, and they sometimes view varicose vein removal as a cosmetic enhancement, which may leave the full cost of the procedure up to the individual. Unfortunately, the prices this clinic charges are not posted online as of review, but typically surgery may cost $600 - $2000 per leg. Sclethorapy may cost anywhere from a few hundred dollars to several thousand, depending on how many injections are needed. We know that most varicose veins need several injections before this method works.
We would like to note that these procedures may not prevent new varicose veins from occurring, and they are not a permanent solution.

 | Alternative Options |
|
Ultimately, many people do not wish to, or cannot spend the money to pay for the high cost of such procedures. Fortunately, there are many other options on the market. As mentioned, there is the option of capsule-based supplements that contain proven, patented ingredients. We suggest individuals research products which contain the patented Diosmin 95®, which has been proven in several clinical trials to reduce and eliminate varicose veins. Also, if taken regularly, such a product may be more successful in preventing varicose veins from reoccurring.

 | Final Thoughts |
|
In the end, Cooper Vein Center may be an attractive choice to some, but is limited to people who live near the facility locations. However, this center may enable individuals to remove varicose veins through the previously discussed methods. Though, again, it may be both expensive and painful.
Individuals who are not interested in this option may wish to look into capsule-based products. Again, the ingredient Diosmin 95® has been shown in several clinical studies to diminish varicose and spider veins, and it may be successful in both correcting and preventing the reoccurrence of these veins.
